I'm a Human Design Analyst, writer, mental coach, and communication trainer with a passion for making complex systems feel alive and usable in everyday life. When I discovered Human Design in 2018, I went straight to the deep end: the Primary Health System (PHS). Trained with leading analysts across San Francisco, Hamburg, and London, I read a chart as a whole symphony rather than isolated notes. My focus is on relationships: how understanding each person's individual design can transform the way we connect as partners, parents, friends, and teammates. I believe we're all chasing similar things in life like love, appreciation, and meaning. It just looks different in every chart.
Besides my affection for PHS, I also worked a lot on the language to make Human Design more accesible und useable in everyday life. Being a writer and having the channel of structuring I felt that we need to find words which people can connect with. As a patchwork bonus parent, I found human design to be extremely helpful in understanding different parties. My partner and I had enlightening moments together, when we looked at the deeper layers of our relationship patterns. I also love to use the knowledge of Human Design in the context of business partnerships and beachvolleyball, where we need a strong bond in our 1:1 communication as a team to peak in our performance.
